- Did you know the City of Manhattan requires a minimum 2-A, 10-B:C rated fire extinguisher to be used in rental houses and apartments?
- Did you know they also have to be inspected and tagged each year?
We have both rechargeable and non-rechargeable fire extinguishers. Be advised that although non-rechargeable units CAN be inspected and tagged, they are only good for 6 years. This is because in the 6th year the inside of the tank must be inspected therefore the unit is no longer charged.
We recommend a rechargeable unit to save you money in the long run.
