- We are a Proud Sponsor of the 2010 POW/MIA Remembrance Ceremony, Flag Retirement and Dedication to be held in Great Bend on September 17, 18, and 19, 2010.
- Activities began at 8 PM Friday Night with a dance at the American Legion Post 180, 1011 Kansas Street
- The POW/MIA Memorial Remembrance ride and parade will start Saturday's events: Parade begins at 12:30 at Brit Spaugh Park and ends at Jack Kilby Square.
- Saturday's POW/MIA Ceremony begins at 1:00 PM on Saturday September 18th at Jack Kilby Square in downtown Great Bend.
- Full flag retirement ceremony on Sunday at the American Legion Post starting at 1:00 PM. The public is invited to attend and dedicate a flag to a loved one that served in the military.
